It's almost like a hover. I see this sort of thing a lot on websites, where they work well, but I don't need this fancy addition in my note-taking app. In landscape mode, the pop up box now covers up the text I select because the keyboard is so big (I have an iPhone SE).

Not good for medical students who have to reference a lot. When I try to annotate it crashes. Tried restarting my IPad and reinstalled software with no luck.
